Size flexibility
Turning of pieces from Ø5mm to Ø650, length 2000mm; Milling of small components up to components with swing of 1000x1000.
Production flexibility
From prototypes to small and medium batches on a monthly basis planned up to 3÷4.000 pieces/month.
Materials flexibility
Processing on steel, aluminium alloys, cast iron (from bar, melting or printed) and plastic materials performed inside the plant on subcontracting and purchased material.
Flexibility of the requests
External processing of gears, shrink fit, heat treatments, grinding, industrialisation, drawing, etc. in order to deliver finished components to the customer.

- Designing know how
- On existing products: improve the technical drawings of customers with subsequent costs and/or performances’ optimisation
- On new products: take part to the identification of the best solutions in terms of co-engineering
- The Company has a technical office equipped with CAD-CAM stations with 2D and 3D software, where the visual audit of components of the output requested by the customer is carried out, with the possibility to bring potential changes to the projects. In this way, META can complete its offer by providing consultancy support to its customers
- We follow each customer step by step
- Flexibility for any type of need (prototyping, sampling, just in time, logistics…) with the awareness of being part of a supply chain of the industrial sector.
